I dont like how wide, undefined and balloonlike my nose is. Especially would like narrower contouring between eyes so it looks more delicate. And a clear Defined bridge with a contour line in the middle. I had revision 4 months ago.

Thank you for the question. The result you want to achieve is possible. To narrow the nasal bridge an osteotomy surgery is required. It should include medial and lateral osteotomy to give more effective result. Your nose tip still looks bulbous so I would recommend tip revision surgery to make less bulbous and have tip defining points.

I would recommend several aspects of the nose to be repaired: narrow the bridge between the eyes, make the tip less bulbous, and support the tip in a bit of an elevated position.This would probably require some grafting to hold the shape of the nose.
