I’ve had two rhinoplasties. The first I liked but still had a hump and lacked cartilage on one side making it look crooked. For my revision my new PS did septoplasty, removed my hump, and added ear cartilage to my R side. My nose looks terribly wide, big, and flat now. He also undid the tip sutures my previous PS had done even though I never mentioned to change my tip. I definitely want ear cartilage removed. How else do I fix?
