Answer: Breast ptosis Thank you for your photo and questions. Yes, your nipples are low and I suspect they started that way. A preop photo would be helpful. It is unlikely that anything will improve with a breast lift so move the nipples/areolas up higher over the implant. Good luck.

Answer: Nipple position? Thank you for your question and providing photos. It would be helpful to post a before picture. I tell all my patients it takes 4-5 months for implants to fully settle. As the implant settles into position the nipple areolar complex normally rises up. You cannot predict how much it will rise. Best of luck

Answer: Nipple areolar position Thanks for your inquiry, but without a pre-op picture it is hard to advise. Please ask your surgeon to comment.

Answer: Is my nipple too low after breast surgery? Will they change more? Thank you for your question. Your plastic surgeon will always be your best resource when it comes to an accurate assessment of your situation, advice, predictions, and/or meaningful reassurance. Generally speaking, breast implants will "drop" into the pocket that was created during surgery and massaging the implants downward may assist in the dropping of the implants after surgery (for those patients who want to help with the settling of the implants). The rate of breast implant "settling" may depend on factors such as size of breast implant pocket dissected, tightness of the overlying skin/muscle layers, size of breast implant utilized, and concerns such as pre-existing breast asymmetry. Normally, it takes about 3-6 months (for some patients longer) to see the final result. It is very common for one side to settle faster than the other. Although I cannot provide you with meaningful reassurance that you will be pleased with the outcome of surgery, I can assure you that your breasts will change over the course of the next several months. Therefore, time and patience will be your "best friends" going forward. Again, best to follow your plastic surgeon for more specifics. Best wishes for an outcome that you will be pleased with long-term.
