I want a very natural look that gives me fullness on top and a little cleavage. They don’t need to touch, but be closer than now. Can implants be placed more centered than where mine currently lie? Will the result be weird-looking? One breast’s skin is quite saggy and both are a bit low.

Vector imaging can be helpful the 3 dimensional imaging machine, also trying on the actual implants to get a very good feel for the volume improvement and seeing before and afters photographs from the board certified plastic surgeon.
