My right implant flips while lying on side/sleeping. Should I worry? Almost 15 years post-op

Thank you for sharing your question.  Though not dangerous it would be wise to have them revised in order to avoid this problem.  It can take place at your own convenience.  Depending on the style of implants they may even be removable under local anesthesia at your surgeon's office.  Hope this helps.

and you aren't in the position to have surgery, your choices are to live with it as is or to intentionally deflate them if saline.  If you were one of the first to have gels, removal would be your other option and that could be done in the office under local (but could be messy if your implants tear or are broken).  So what are you more comfortable with?  Removal fees vary but when done in the office, under local,through a fold incision, it can be done here for less than $1000.

Breast implants, especially the round smooth type, move around in the pocket and if you are very thin, they may flip without significantly changing the shape of your breast. This usually does not create a significant problem, but certainly can be corrected, (if it bothers you) by changing to a textured device or tightening the pocket around the implant, (capsulopexy, or mastopexy). While it is not ideal, there is nothing dangerous about an implant that flips.  This can usually be corrected with either a change in implant size, a modification of the pocket, or some combination of the two.  There is no urgency, so get it addressed whenever your finances allow.

If the only problem you are having is your implant painlessly flipping then there is no reason to intervene, at this point. It is not dangerous to leave it as is and it will do no harm to delay any treatment.
