Could my implant have been damaged after my dog stepped on it?

Thank you for your questions. All implants pass rigorous testing and it is very unlikely that a small event such as that would have any impact or cause any damage to your implant. Some pain is normal and I would encourage you to wait, use ice and some NSAID medications to calm inflammation. Thank you for sharing your question and I am sorry to hear of your accidental trauma.  Fortunately after so many months your breasts have fully healed and it is unlikely that any damage took place.  If you see any changes to your breast appearance then see your surgeon for a consultation otherwise treat the pain with some anti-inflammatory medication and monitor it over a few days.  Hope this helps.
