Will my pig nose and high nose tip change? (Photos)

As you will experience, changes occur over the course of rhinoplasty healing. At first, the nose looks too "fat" and too "up," especially at the tip. Most of the dropping happens early, but there can still be significant changes over the full year and beyond

Don’t fret! A nose takes at least one year to heal following a rhinoplasty. At 11 days post-op, your nose will still be quite swollen.  I know that being patient is easier said than done, but the best course right now really is to give it some time to settle. However, it is important to keep in touch with your surgeon throughout your healing process and let him or her know of your concerns. I often find that speaking with your doctor and having more information helps assuage anxieties. Best of luck!

Pig like nose and pulling of the upper lip are extremely common after rhinoplasty for two reasons. 1) swelling at the supratip region will rotate your nose upwards and 2) there was likely some work done at your columella/nasal base to keep the tip at an optimal rotation. 
Both of these combined do give the temporary MJ look, but rest assured it will go down.
