My experience with Dr. Miike Roskies and his team has been genuinely excellent from start to finish. I had my surgery on November 17, 2025 (I originally was booked for February 2, 2026 but grabbed an earlier opening), and I’m very glad I did. My procedure was a big one: Deep Plane Brow, Temple, Face & Neck Lift with full facial fat grafting (Stage VI), upper excisional blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting and laser/skin pinch, corner lip lift, modified upper lip lift, and full face Erbium/CO2 laser. This was all done under twilight sedation, with an overnight stay and nursing care. The overnight in the clinic was smooth and surprisingly comfortable. I was looked after constantly and never felt like I was in pain or “toughing it out” alone. I stayed in Toronto for the first 10 days post?op and followed every instruction I was given. My follow?up appointments were on November 19, 21, 25, and then December 18, and I felt very supported and checked in on throughout. Right now, I just have minor numbness, which is completely manageable. I’ve been focusing on skincare and lymphatic massage, and I wear my chin strap “faja” every night—at this point it feels almost addictive and oddly comforting. One of the things I appreciated most was that my expectations were set properly from the very beginning. There was no over?promising; everything was explained clearly, so I went into surgery feeling informed and calm. His team is exceptional—organized, kind, responsive, and very on top of everything. I’ve always felt like I could reach out and actually be heard. Dr. Roskies’ work speaks for itself. The results look like me, just refreshed and put back where things used to be, not “done.” His skill and eye for detail are obvious, and he’s remained accessible after surgery, which matters a lot. I’m continuing to see his office for skincare and lymphatic massage and fully plan to age with this clinic on my side. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Roskies to anyone considering comprehensive facial rejuvenation and wanting a combination of skill, honesty, and excellent aftercare.

I’m a 43-year-old woman, and I recently had a lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting done by Dr. Roskies — and I honestly couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the whole experience was amazing. I always struggled with dark circles, which became more pronounced after post-pregnancy hollowing and aging. I tried fillers, PRP, various lasers, and creams. I still looked tired and even concealers were not doing the job. I pursued several consultations for lower bleph + fat grafting procedure and I am so so happy I went with Dr. Roskies. I’m a 39 year old female who did a lot of research before going ahead with my rhinoplasty to fix a deviated septum (after too many broken noses - sports related), straighten my nose and reshape the tip. Dr Roskies and his team were FANTASTIC and I can’t recommend them enough. From the care, attention and the space to ask questions and the time in talking things through with me to all the follow up and post op care it was just such a great experience. I had my rhinoplasty done by Dr Roskies in August 2023 and absolutely love my nose. It took some adjusting at first but now that I’ve gotten used to it, I feel like it was the nose I was born with. It is straight (miracle worker!), I can finally breathe properly, and it is beautiful. I only wish I had done this sooner, but then it would have been with another surgeon so the timing was actually perfect, as there’s no one else I would trust more. Dr Roskies and his entire team made the entire process seamless from the initial phone call (special shout out to April. I was very nervous and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable.. give this woman a raise!), all the way to the final follow up. They were all so kind, welcoming, and patient with all of my questions and concerns (there were a lot of them!). The surgery day itself was easy. Dr Roskies put on my favourite music (I believe I fell asleep to Otis Redding). Recovery was relatively easy, as I did not experience much pain at all, to my surprise. There was quite a bit of swelling, as expected. But now that I’m over a year out, I am completely healed and happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering any procedure. 5 I had a deep plane facelift and lower blepharoplasty with Dr Roskies just over 3 months ago. The results are phenomenal and the experience as a patient with the team looking after me was exceptional. I had been contemplating this surgery for years, as I knew the age related changes I was seeing in my face in my late 40s could best be addressed through surgery. I was nervous though and it seemed like a lot of money to spend. I interviewed a number of surgeons and Dr Roskies stood out for the impeccable results- so natural and stunning and also for his open, authentic style. I had high expectations of him and his staff. As I proceeded through the journey pre-surgery prep, day of- and post surgery the experience I had exceeed even those high expectations. The level of care, focus, follow up and connection with me as a person (whose experience really mattered) was something I had never experienced at that level as a client/ patient. The results at 3 months later make me tear up. The surgery gave me the defined jawline, neck and volume/ definition in my face that I had dreamed of, and has given me a level of confidence back that I was missing. Dr. Roskies and his team are amazing and so caring! I had rhinoplasty 3 months ago and I am already so happy with my results! I have wanted this surgery for as long as I can remember and never felt like I could find the right surgeon for me. I finally discovered Dr. Roskies in instagram and really appreciated his natural conservative style to surgery. I wanted to trust that whoever I went to would address my concerns (hump on my bridge) but not over do it. And he did just that! My nose suits my face so much better now, but it still feels like me, just an enhanced version. I still can’t believe I actually got a nose job. I’m a 27 year old female, 3 months post-op from preservation rhinoplasty done with Dr Roskies, and I can honestly say it is the best decision I’ve ever made. I had been wanting a rhinoplasty for about 10 years and finally decided it was time. I searched for about a year, going back and forth, and was not able to come to a decision on which surgeon I wanted to go through with. My sister was actually the one who came across Dr Roskies and thank god she did, because I was honestly just going to settle. Lucky me, I ended up with a nose even better than I imagined.
