Part3: Can a joker smile EVER be corrected after a facelift?

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  It really depends on how tight the tension lines are and how recently surgery was performed.  It may be possible to rearrange skin tension lines to improve this.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

It's possible to correct Joker smiles, but it's best not to get it in the first place since the fix can be difficult.  You have not told us if you have it or you are just worried about having it.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons.
