I have a lack of cheek volume, sagging cheeks and deep nasolabial folds, leading to premature aging. Despite my young age, am I a candidate for a midface lift? When I pull back the skin on my cheeks (see last picture), my appearance improves dramatically. If not, do I have any other options? I have considered facial fillers but feel like they might not change much. I have also considered cheek implants, but am not sure they would be as effective at "pulling up" my deep nasolabial folds.

Answer: Cheek Augmentation with Voluma Dear jws049:Looking at your photos, I would recommend initial augmentation of your cheeks with a filler like Voluma which can sometimes soften and lift your nasolabial folds. Please see an expert injector for best results. Remember less is more. Best wishes.

Answer: Mid face volume loss I think that I would strongly discourage you from having a face lift at 26. Many males have thin cheeks. You didn't say if this is how you've noticed this or if it has always been this way. You can safely add volume in this area. The best filler for this kind of loss would likely be Sculptra which stimulates your own collagen. One of the side benefits of Sculptra is that it often does enhance the skin as well. There are other options to improve the skin texture and tone once you have got the volume where you want it to be. Sculptra is a tricky filler to use, however, so just make sure that you see someone with good experience. Hope this helps.
