Face Lift/Y Lift/Thread Lift/Fillers, it's all so confusing. What do I choose?

All these are treatment options, but you need understand the advantages & disadvantages of each of them. You can mix and use them. You don’t have to go for surgery for each and every problem. Your lose skin around the eyes & hollowing underneath would require a filler to correct the hollowing and with that a mid face lift to correct the lose skin around the eyes. Marionette lines can be tackled by both, a facelift surgery or fillers, so choose keeping in mind the pros & cons of each treatment, the downtime of each procedure and the treatment providing the most long lasting results.

We are lucky to live in a time when there are so many effective options for combatting the signs of aging. However, it can be quite confusing to decide which will be best for you over the long term. At 60 years old, you would probably benefit most from a full rhytidectomy (facelift) with fat grafting and a neck lift. You may need fillers to even out your eye troughs. It's important to find a facial plastic surgeon for your facelift to get the best results and to not look “done.” Take the time to interview surgeons who understand facial anatomy and aesthetics and are committed to enhancing your own natural beauty. A good facelift should last at least 10 years. As for a tummy tuck, whatever numbness that may follow should resolve over time. I hope this helps.

Any procedure which relies on marketing as its selling point should be discounted.  A facelift, done correctly, will outperform any of these overly hyped procedures.  An experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon will be able to  provide safe, consistent, and durable results.

Without a proper exam or photos it's difficult to make recommendations for you.  At 60, I would imagine that a face lift would give you the best result. Thread lifting wouldn't come close, and while there has been a new launch of the dissolvable option, results haven't been fantastic so far for the cost and durability of the result.  You may also need eyelid surgery or skin resurfacing given your complaint about the area surrounding your eyes. Seek out the consultation of a board certified facial plastic surgeon or plastic surgeon. a facelift can be done with minimal scarring and can result in a natural look, not
over-done look, with rejuvenation of your face.  Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results. The most important aspect
is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend that you seek
consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate
you in person.

The important thing with any cosmetic procedure is seeing a surgeon with the skill and training to deliver exemplary results. So, I would advise you to schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the best facelift technique for your needs. And no, tummy tuck patients are not permanently numb. 

It's important to choose your surgeon based on producing natural and consistent results. Study their photo gallery to make sure it's extensive, and you like what you see. A blepharoplasty procedure is performed to address the loose skin around the eyelids. In our practice, a face and neck lift accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tightening  loose facial and neck muscles,  remove any fatty deposits in the neck and lifting the jowls. As far as the question about numbness after an abdominoplasty there can be some numbness of the lower abdomen but typically this resolves after 6-12 months. I have never had a patient say that this bothers them. The advantage you have is that some of that fat can be used during a facelift. I nearly always use some fat grafting to replace the lost fat in your face which results in the aging look. You said you wanted a very natural not overly pulled look and that is exactly what facial rejuvenation should  accomplish. The aging face results from loss of volume of both the fat and the skin and by replacing some volume and elevating naturally in a vertical direction you can look very natural and rejuvenated without looking distorted and unnatural. I would talk to a board-certified plastic surgeon who can advise you on both of these and potentially do both operations at the same time. Best of luck!
