Is a nose job worth it for minor changes?

That is a question that you have to ask yourself. I suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing your wishes with him/her as well as everything the surgery and recovery will entail. Then, take some time to make your decision. Best of luck.

If you are bothered by specific aspects of your appearance, including your nose, and they can be fixed without a complicated surgery, then I see no issue with having the procedure done. If, however, you look at the imaging and do not feel that it makes a significant impact, then you are probably not going to satisfied with the outcome. In the end, it can't be important but non-impactful visually. Some of my patients with the smallest changes are the happiest of all. Ultimately, you will have to weigh the risk of surgery versus whether the outcome is worth it. No one else can provide you with that decision.

The patient is really the only one that can decide if a rhinoplasty is good for them. You need to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon and see what the surgery entails and see if this is really what you want. 

It really depends upon you and the amount of change that the rhinoplasty will produce. You have to decide if it is worth it.

The rhinoplasty procedure  accomplishes changes on the order of  millimeters to the nose. For example, the nose might be narrowed a couple millimeters, de-projected a couple millimeters, the tip narrowed a couple millimeters and a dorsal hump removed by 2-3 mm. There is also the risk versus reward ratio,  that is why it is important to seek out a very experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for best results.
