Is it possible to remove dorsal hump in nose without changing the front view of it?? (photos)

I love the look of my nose looking straight at it, however, I absolutely hate the dorsal hump you see from the side view. Is it possible to remove the humo without changing the front view? Also, is this possible through a closed rhinoplasty?

A closed rhinoplasty can be done to remove the hump. Usually the nasal bones need to be brought inward to prevent the area from being too wide and flat. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon for the best results.

You have raised a very common question.  From your photographs alone you appear to be an ideal candidate for a closed rhinoplasty to address your nasal hump.  Its possible to achieve this with little or no change to the appearance of your nose from the front. Yes, the dorsal hump can be removed with a closed rhinoplasty approach. Look for a surgeon who specializes in closed rhinoplasty. The nose is a three-dimensional structure, so the dorsal hump can be shaved down to look  great from the side profile. Unfortunately when shaving down the dorsal hump, an open roof, flat top deformity is created when seen from the frontal profile. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are then required to close the open roof created from the hump removal. This will only minimally change the nasal bones from the frontal view. As I said in one of your other posts, the hump can be removed without changing the front view by breaking and positioning the nasal bones. This will improve your profile and give you a natural unchanged frontal view.
