Yes, the dorsal hump can be removed with a closed rhinoplasty approach. Look for a surgeon who specializes in closed rhinoplasty. The nose is a three-dimensional structure, so the dorsal hump can be shaved down to look  great from the side profile. Unfortunately when shaving down the dorsal hump, an open roof, flat top deformity is created when seen from the frontal profile. Osteotomies of the nasal bones are then required to close the open roof created from the hump removal. This will only minimally change the nasal bones from the frontal view. As I said in one of your other posts, the hump can be removed without changing the front view by breaking and positioning the nasal bones. This will improve your profile and give you a natural unchanged frontal view.
