It is far too early to assess your results, as the nose will continue to change for weeks to months.  Relay your concerns to your surgeon and they will help create a timeline for you to help expect certain results.  Best wishes!

Its hard to say what it is since its too early after surgery .There could be a possibility that an attempt was made to reduce the thickness of your very sebaceous skin over the tip to excises some the thickened tissue under the skin which now is showing as dent.In case it doe snot fill up it can be filled by some fillers.I wish you all the best.
