You are not crazy, just very in tune with your nose. Not only does the nose change with weeks and months and years. A whole bunch of factors affect its appearance including sun exposure, water retention, light, acne, skin hygene, moisture, etc, etc... If you take into account all these things, it is easy to understand why it may look different at times. Hope that helps.
The appearance of your nose can change according to many factors including fluid retention, hormones, sleeping position, lighting in the photographs and post operative swelling which can persist for up to 12 months and fluctuate depending on your level of activity. From your photographs alone you appear to have achieved a good result.

All areas of the face will change in appearance depending on consumption of items such as alcohol and salt. It's also very common for the face to be puffier in the morning after a night of lying flat. Allergies can also effect swelling in the nose and eye area. Finally you are still in the recovery following your surgery which will cause all these changes to be more obvious.

The bulbous tip is caused by wide and divergent lower lateral cartilages of the nasal tip. A combination of suture techniques and conservative cartilage removal usually required to refine and narrow the bulbous tip. For many examples and our price list, please see link below
