This is Bella Hadid, her nose before surgeries (left picture) seems very similar to mine, and the most recent one (right picture) looks exactly how i want it to be. I have looked for several surgeries for bulbous noses and for bridge rhinoplasty and have never seen a result that looks similar like this (most were very far from being this good, and some were really bad, and in my opinion were worse than the initial). Is there any specific type of procedure or series of procedures for this result?
Answer: Bella Hadid rhinoplasty... Without seeing photos of yourself, it would be impossible to say if your nose could look like Bella's - every nose is different and sometimes the anatomy prevents us from doing what we want. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist that can do computer imaging for you. That way an ideal plan can be created and you can have an idea of how it's going to look.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. It would be helpful to view a picture of your nose so that more accurate advice could be given in how to accomplish a result similar to your goal picture. The best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation. Make sure you specifically look at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery performed by your surgeon and not just a computer animation system. You should be able to view numerous pictures of actual patients with noses similar to yours performed by your surgeon. If you cannot find enough real before and after pictures, then consider continuing your search for a surgeon. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. FACS Harvard-trained plastic surgeon

Answer: Cosmetic surgery 99.9% of pictures on the internet of celebrities and models are photoshopped. Some good photoshop some terrible. There is no reason to post, critique such pictures because they are not real.Noses can not be viewed in isolation of the face. Harmony of the collective face parts are more important. Faces should be analyzed as a whole otherwise the analysis is wrong and thus the advise on surgery is not valid.

Answer: Bella Hadid's nose The photos you posted demonstrate an inverted V deformity and a very pinched, unfavorable tip contour. These are problems that good rhinoplasty surgeons try very hard to avoid for their patients. You might have a hard time convincing a reputable rhinoplasty surgeon to aim for this result. These post-op deformities have functional as well as aesthetic consequences. Perhaps take these photos to your consultations and explain what features you like and the surgeon can help guide you. Best of luck.

Answer: Rhinoplasty to Look Like Bella Hadids Dear Sam0000, It would be best for you to seek some consultations and have imaging performed to show you the changes that would be possible with your nasal anatomy and flattering to your overall facial aesthetics. Unfortunately the final photograph on here that is your desired result is not considered a desirable result for most rhinoplasty experts. It exhibits unnatural characteristics and has an inverted v deformity and notched tip. Every rhinoplasty is specifically designed for the patients desired results so you can take these photographs with you to consultations to open up a discussion of what you find aesthetically pleasing. Best regards, Michael V. Elam, M.D.
