Hi I got a closed rhino last month where a dorsal hump was removed and there was work done over my nose Bridge to tip. I understand than I am in early stages of healing and that swelling comes and goes everyday. I am NOT worried about the site where the dorsal hump used to be but the sides of the nose, around the area one would place glasses on, that have developed hard bumps in both sides in the last three weeks. The bumps are hard, feel boney. I'll see my doc in five days.

Hi and welcome to our forum!
A hairline fracture is a totally non-displaced fracture. If not disturbed, it should heal with no deformity unless you are 14 years old or less and the fracture extended through a growth plate. This potentially could result in later growth disturbance...
I've never heard of hard sniffing or heavy breathing causing the nasal bones to shift after rhinoplasty. You should contact with your surgeon regarding your congestion concerns. It's expected to have congestion initially after rhinoplasty.
