Can my dorsal hump come back? (Photos)

Question

3 months ago I got an open rhinoplasty I was very content with the results but as the swelling started to go down I noticed a small grain like bump on my nose I consulted my surgeon and he gave me steroid shots but the bumps still hasn’t gone away and it isn’t soft like a callous can this bump get any bigger or could it reduce its size as the swelling comes down? I’m very worried and confused

You have to give yourself some more healing time.  Your nose and surrounding areas are going to be swollen for a while and you should be consulting the surgeon that performed the procedure. However, give yourself some time before going back in so some of it can subside. It can take up to a year for final results.

Seguramente no es una cicatriz, lo que se requiere para corregir es que te hagan una rinoplastia otra vez y quitar el pedazo de cartílago que te quedo ahí.

I noticed your concern, and it is important that you consider that final results after a rhinoplasty can take up to 12 months, you should wait until all the swelling comes down in order to decide if the final result pleases you.
