Do I have nasal adhesions after a septoplasty/sinus surgery/turbines reduction? (Photos)

Question

I got the surgery about 7 months ago and have noticed the internal nose holes being different sizes and looking weird. Is that normal? or is this a post op complication? The darkest parts are the actual holes.

Thank you for the photos and your question.  Unfortunately, the photos are not good enough quality to be able to tell if you have adhesions.  Some complaints that people have after nose surgery who have synechiae or adhesions is difficulty breathing through their nose, feeling obstruction on one or both sides, and sometimes a whistling sound.  Be sure to follow up with your surgeon so you can get an exam to check to see if you have synechiae.  Good luck!
