Do I have nasal adhesions after a septoplasty/sinus surgery/turbines reduction? (Photos)

I got the surgery about 7 months ago and have noticed the internal nose holes being different sizes and looking weird. Is that normal? or is this a post op complication? The darkest parts are the actual holes.

Can i use a face moisturizer with arnica in it without damaging long term results post rhinoplasty ?

You can use moisturizer after rhinoplasty.  Arnica helps swelling and bruises disappear faster.  If you want to remove blackheads, use facial wash gel.  You can try soft peels.

5 weeks post-op. I pulled on a crust and now that side of my nose has had stinging pain. Did I pull on a stitch?

Hi thanks for your question. Without photos its really hard to say something about your situation. I don't know what comes out of the nose.  But you must tell your doctor.  Be careful with the infection.  You should see your doctor as soon as possible.

Hello, This shouldn't have caused a significant damage. If the area becomes infected, make sure you see a doctor and get antibiotics.

Is it difficult to shorten the nose tip (not nose bridge)? Doctors would tell me they couldn’t do it for my nose.

From the photos, it appears that you are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. You can certainly have both your bridge and tip reduced and shortened. It is important to see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon that can perform computer imaging at the time of the consultation. That way you can...
