I was using tweezers to remove some mucous after washing with saline did nothing, and accidentally scratched my septum. There was momentary pain, but there is none now. It’s bleeding a little (like a small paper cut). There was no surgery on my septal cartilage. Have I damaged anything? I rubbed antibiotic ointment on the scratch just in case, and have decided to leave it be.

The photographs demonstrate an overly projecting nose and an under projecting chin. A closed rhinoplasty procedure can accomplish shaving down the dorsal hump, and decreasing the overall projection the nose, however there will be some limitations as to how much can be de-projected....
