5 weeks post-op. I pulled on a crust and now that side of my nose has had stinging pain. Did I pull on a stitch?

I’m 5 weeks post rhinoplasty. I saw a crust booger (gross, I know) stick out of any nose and I carefully began to pull it out w tweezers. I barley tugged at it before deciding to leave it alone and not take it out because I realized it was pretty stuck. However, since last night my nose has been on fire on that side. No bleeding, no swelling, but stinging pain. Did I pull on a stitch or skin an ruin my nose? Will the pain go away? Please help :(
