Six month post cheek liposuction and FaceTite on neck and face (Photo)

Question

I am 6 month post liposuction and facetite treatment. I am looking at the mirror and crying every time when I see the results . I have stain on my both cheeks. Very sad from my treatment , I lost face volume because of liposuction and my neck look worse than before. I am afraid to do facelift. What other treatments can I do to tighten the skin to my previous condition? Just to let you know The doctor who did the procedure was double board certified plastic surgeon..attached pic before & after

Sadly this is becoming an increasing problem - patients who need old fashioned surgery but opt for less surgery with new technology that does not deliver the desired result and in some cases look worse than doing nothing. Your only options now are facelift surgery with fat grafting or no treatment. There is just no way to non-operative remove or shrink that amount of excess skin.

Hi; so sorry you are having this issue. It does appear that you have significant skin laxity here. This degree of laxity can only be effectively treated with a procedure that actually removes the extra skin, like a neck lift. Have you been back to your original surgeon to discuss your case? I would start there.

Individual results always vary . It's important that you make an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon. A clinical examination can result in a different impression than an online evaluation. However, from the photos provided, I think your best choice will be a face and neck lift. You may also benefit from some fat grafting. While a facelift is certainly more invasive than the procedures you have already had, it is quite safe. A facelift in skilled hands can provide very natural and discrete results.

haverim.  So sorry you are having this problem. Liposuction combined with radiofrequency treatment under the skin is still fairly new and somewhat controversial, as results vary significantly. It appears from your photographs that full facelift is by far your best option and will address all concerns. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

looks as though too much fat was removed. generally it is not a great idea to remove fat as loss of fat generally is associated with a more aged appearance, especially in the face. I think you need to have the fat replaced
