I have wanted a fuller chest since I was a teen. Now at 36 approaching 37, I am ready to take this on. I have never had children of my own and never will so no issues to correct, just want more volume. Dr. Kriti Mohan and her nurse were extremely knowledgeable and took their time answering all my questions and my husband's. I am scheduled in 1.5 months. Will keep you all posted.
5'6, 166lbs... broad shoulders. Between a 32-34 b cup. (Before getting to this weight, 34a or 32b... VS bras... 145 lbs.)
Expect to do 350-375cc under muscle, mentor high profile silicone implant.

I am really excited and also a little nervous to be one week away from the surgery day. My pre-op appointment was good, but no doctor as she was in surgery. The nurse was able to answer all my questions. I received all my scripts to the pharmacy on this appointment. They also give the bra to take home and try on, scar fade gel and hibiclens to wash pre surgery. Final instructions all given.
I have decided to go with 375 and maybe even 400 cc. My original intent was 350-375 but I will let the doc and team set me upright and determine which looks more appropriate.
Will update after surgery. For size reference I’m 5’6 and 162 lbs. hoped to drop to 150 before surgery, but it just hasn’t happened.
I wanted to do the try on method with different sizes, but she does not recommend because it’s a false sense of size... ???
I did place the 375 in my bra on first visit and thought they would be just fine.

Feeling good. Appointment was at 715am. I arrived a little early, completed urine pregnancy test, then they took me back for Dr. Mohan to ask final questions, draw her measurements and discussed the option to go to 400cc HP, then the anesthesiologist began IV . I kept shoes and pants on for the whole procedure. Upon waking I was very groggy. I feel good but just a little dizzy if I stand too long. I'm Abe to go to the restroom by myself, try to walk every time the meds where off (about every 3 hours). I'm pleased with the size I chose. Pain is more uncomfortable and like I want to take a deep breath and stretch but can't. Will upload photos of before and after when I have more. Here's the one the doc took. And one I took immediately after.

Able to move around more today. My sutures are feeling more pain today but overall less pressure on the chest. Only taking regular Tylenol and the muscle relaxers and manageable with those. Having a friend come visit in the am and another in the pm was very good for my psychological health. Even ventured out to the store with my husband for about 15 minutes of shopping, and while tiring, it was nice to get outside. Massaging won’t begin till next week, but I have been massaging the surrounding tissues, under armpit area, lower rib cage and collar bone. Helps to flush out the pain that radiates.

Because so many women complained about bloating I decided to take 4 stool softeners a day. One with each of my pain/muscle relaxer pills. This worked a little too well by day three. Now drinking my electrolytes this morning. Drinking about a gallon of water a day helps. I'm attempting to go to Tylenol and the antibiotics only today. Hoping this will be enough, as I feel much less sore waking up today already.

Feeling pretty good at this point. Pain is subsiding and tightness is slowly going down. Had my first follow p appointment and they removed the steri-strips. The scars are healing nicely, but one side is more aggravated with the steri strips than the other. I was allowed to clean them up with peroxide and Q-tip and just put gauze in my bra for comfort. After trimming the sutures they feel much better. Because I am so high and tight and my bottom is so tight, she noted that I will see full results closer to 6months rather than 3 months. Massaging starts now so hoping that will help. I am told one more week of T-Rex arms, but I have been gently raising them to the side and front to keep range of motion going. They are looking good in clothes so far, but ordered some nipple covers since I will be going into the office for work next week. The bras they sell are really comfy, but I found them on Hanes website and ordered 3 for 36$ as opposed to 40$ they charge…

So I was doing ok, but had a minor set back. Reached a little too far to the right with my arm to the side table and really aggravated my already sore rib cage below the right breast. I’m taking muscle relaxers and some Celebrex from a previous surgery and this has helped tremendously. But definitely going to slow down and be more mindful for the next few weeks.

Would highly recommend not doing this procedure in the summer if living in the south. New under boob sweat with healing sutures is quite itchy. Scars are healing nicely but silagen strips were suggested to use as a buffer between the bra line and skin. They also will aid in fading the scars. Massaging is going better now, had to back off during my period due to lumps I have always had prior to my cycle. I also developed a mondor’s cord on my right side rib cage. Although it is not visibly noticeable I can feel it and it causes pain. I’ve been taking Celebrex from a previous surgery and that has helped it subside. It is an NSAID but only thing that helps. Will take and upload photos at 4 weeks. No big change now.

Felling pretty great these days. Able to sleep on my side a little and they are starting to drop. The nipples are still more sensitive although that may just be the thinner bras allowing them to feel more friction. Did a little shopping and have noted I am currently wearing a 34 DD or a 36D depending on the bra type. Found some cheap sleep ones at target that are really comfy. Auden brand. Scars re healing nice but they are still sending a pain from time to time if pressed too hard in just the wrong spot.

Will post pics later this weekend. Been having a bit of pain with the right breast still. Able to do most things normally at this point, but the right side still has a stitch pushing to the skin casing some discomfort. Finding Bali bras most comfy. Opening doors and other normal tasks feel a little odd, because the peck muscle is active during those tasks and then the implant moves with them. Taking a bit to get used to that. Hoping that by month 3 the pain will come to a stop.

Feeling good, left breast appears to be dropping a bit more and faster than the right. I have slept a little on my stomach which may be causing them to shift. Definitely still feels weird to do things that cause the peck muscles to activate.

Hi all,
I was supposed to get a copy of my 3 months photos from the FU visit, but don’t have those. I do have some now though to show. Felling really comfy with them now and as if they have always been mine! They dropped to a great natural position and are a solid 36C. 34D is sometimes worn with bras that do not stretch.
At 3 months post op I was able to go to Cancun and comfortably show them off. Sleeping in a support bra is more comfortable then not wearing one, but I do on occasion now and it feels fine. I can sleep on my side no problem and even on my stomach with a pillow under them. However I have had no children of my own and had small breasts with tight skin to start. Also older and expect these to last into my 50’s. Still have very short lived random breast pain, but doesn’t last and just seems to come and go. Have had similar things with my shoulders that have had tendon surgeries.
Hope this helps someone else.
Thanks,

Enjoying my newly settled breast. They look and feel quite natural. I unfortunately have gained a few pounds since getting them.
Added photos for review. Currently 173 LBS at 5’6”.
Plan to get back to the 160 I was at the surgery.
