From the start everyone at Ciaravino Total Beauty is so joyful, sweet, and helpful! I got a Breast Augmentation on August 3rd 2023. Dr. Mohan did an amazing job! The incision sites are less than an inch! My boobs already look amazing I can't wait to see the final results! If you're looking for a place to go Ciaravino Total Beauty is the best. I highly recommend!
I had tuberous breast my whole life and decided to get a lift & implants at Ciaravino Total Beauty. My implants are 375 & 400cc ULTRA HIGH profile, placed under the muscle. I am currently 7 weeks post op and feel amazing and SO CONFIDENT!! Updated on 24 Aug 2023: Photos! & weeks post op. I went up two cup sizes with 375cc and 400cc! I did not think my cup size would go up this much but I am so glad it did! I was so nervous about getting ultra high implants but they turned out SO WELL!!
I had a consultation with a revered BA Plastic Surgeon in Dallas before I decided to consult with Dr. Mohan. The difference between them was night & day. The most important difference, why I ultimately chose Dr. Mohan: She listened to what I wanted. I recently lost 35 lbs. I ended up with deflated, asymmetrical breasts. I was a 34DD before surgery. I told Dr. Mohan I wanted “Anime boobies” within reason of my frame and skin. We decided on Natrelle Gel implants, sub-muscular, full profile. Left 295cc/Right 335cc. The OR nurses were nice, Dr. Nguyen was knowledgeable. After surgery Dr. Mohan woke me up and said “you’ve got your anime boobieees!” Which I adored haha. Post Op, I was in quite a bit of pain—come to find out I had not medicated pre op like I was supposed to..so that’s my bad. I will post pictures to objectively capture my experience. I am open to questions about my experience. Updated on 25 Jul 2022: Tape came off 4 days ago. I have experienced some spitting sutures, asymmetry comes and goes with the swelling. Overall very happy still. I started work after 2 weeks and think it was too early because afterward I had swelling and increased muscle aches. It was the weekend and luckily the on call nurse reached back out to me and got me straightened back up with anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxers. She was very reassuring and kind. I will post again at the 6 week mark after I have been using scar gel. Updated on 5 May 2023: 34DDD. Scars are very fine. I used silicone gel sheets. Dr. Mohan is the Michaelangelo of boobs. 10/10. I waited a full 8 weeks to work out again. Other than having to get a spitting suture removed around month 5, i did not have any other complications. The nurse explained to me this is common.
Dr. Mohan and her team were so attentive throughout my whole process leading up to my surgery. Everyone was fully patient with me while I asked all my questions. Even though I was super nervous about the whole process, I was constantly put at ease by anyone I came in contact with. If I could go back and do one thing differently it would be to do this sooner.
I would highly recommend all family & friends to Dr. Mohan. I felt comfortable and comfortable from consultation, surgery, to post op visits. I am very please with my results. I will only see Dr. Mohan for any future cosmetic treatments.
Doctors like Dr Mohan are few and far between. You can see from my profile that I had a horrible experience with my previous plastic surgeon. He destroyed my breasts and self esteem. It messed with my mental health so much that I cried a TON during my day before surgery consultation with Dr Mohan. Dr. Mohan was not sure whether she wanted to go to through with the surgery, and I really do not blame her. I was crying with regret. She gave me the option of removing my implants rather than a revision or even just canceling surgery and keeping my deposit. She also told me what she could and could not fix about what he'd done and reasonable expectations for my body. Eventually we talked and the next day, after thinking it over and calming down I went through with it. But that shows what kind of plastic surgeon she is. She isn't all about the money. She is smart, honest about the results that she can achieve, responsible, and isn't all about the money. She just wanted me to be happy. And I am! She is such a skilled surgeon. It takes some time for a revision to round out, with the pinning and swelling, but my breasts are healing well. I went from 415 moderate to I did Mentor memory gel x-tra 450 yet they look smaller and perkier due to better projection. They will never be perfect to me -- they are naturally low on my body and the first surgeon did some damage she had to repair with capsulorraphy and tons of pinning. But she spent a ton of time carefully performing my surgery and the improvement is stunning. I don't cry anymore. I could never recommend Dr Mohan highly enough if breast augmentation is what you want. I attached a picture doing my best of overlaying to compare before and after -- left is before and right is after. Updated on 29 Apr 2021: But at least the uniboob is no more
I have wanted a fuller chest since I was a teen. Now at 36 approaching 37, I am ready to take this on. I have never had children of my own and never will so no issues to correct, just want more volume. Dr. Kriti Mohan and her nurse were extremely knowledgeable and took their time answering all my questions and my husband's. I am scheduled in 1.5 months. Will keep you all posted. 5'6, 166lbs... broad shoulders. Between a 32-34 b cup. (Before getting to this weight, 34a or 32b... VS bras... 145 lbs.) Expect to do 350-375cc under muscle, mentor high profile silicone implant. Updated on 5 May 2021: I am really excited and also a little nervous to be one week away from the surgery day. My pre-op appointment was good, but no doctor as she was in surgery. The nurse was able to answer all my questions. I received all my scripts to the pharmacy on this appointment. They also give the bra to take home and try on, scar fade gel and hibiclens to wash pre surgery. Final instructions all given. I have decided to go with 375 and maybe even 400 cc. My original intent was 350-375 but I will let the doc and team set me upright and determine which looks more appropriate. Will update after surgery. For size reference I’m 5’6 and 162 lbs. hoped to drop to 150 before surgery, but it just hasn’t happened. I wanted to do the try on method with different sizes, but she does not recommend because it’s a false sense of size... ??? I did place the 375 in my bra on first visit and thought they would be just fine. Updated on 15 May 2021: Feeling good. Appointment was at 715am. I arrived a little early, completed urine pregnancy test, then they took me back for Dr. Mohan to ask final questions, draw her measurements and discussed the option to go to 400cc HP, then the anesthesiologist began IV . I kept shoes and pants on for the whole procedure. Upon waking I was very groggy. I feel good but just a little dizzy if I stand too long. I'm Abe to go to the restroom by myself, try to walk every time the meds where off (about every 3 hours). I'm pleased with the size I chose. Pain is more uncomfortable and like I want to take a deep breath and stretch but can't. Will upload photos of before and after when I have more. Here's the one the doc took. And one I took immediately after. Updated on 15 May 2021: Able to move around more today. My sutures are feeling more pain today but overall less pressure on the chest. Only taking regular Tylenol and the muscle relaxers and manageable with those. Having a friend come visit in the am and another in the pm was very good for my psychological health. Even ventured out to the store with my husband for about 15 minutes of shopping, and while tiring, it was nice to get outside. Massaging won’t begin till next week, but I have been massaging the surrounding tissues, under armpit area, lower rib cage and collar bone. Helps to flush out the pain that radiates. Updated on 17 May 2021: Because so many women complained about bloating I decided to take 4 stool softeners a day. One with each of my pain/muscle relaxer pills. This worked a little too well by day three. Now drinking my electrolytes this morning. Drinking about a gallon of water a day helps. I'm attempting to go to Tylenol and the antibiotics only today. Hoping this will be enough, as I feel much less sore waking up today already. Updated on 21 May 2021: Feeling pretty good at this point. Pain is subsiding and tightness is slowly going down. Had my first follow p appointment and they removed the steri-strips. The scars are healing nicely, but one side is more aggravated with the steri strips than the other. I was allowed to clean them up with peroxide and Q-tip and just put gauze in my bra for comfort. After trimming the sutures they feel much better. Because I am so high and tight and my bottom is so tight, she noted that I will see full results closer to 6months rather than 3 months. Massaging starts now so hoping that will help. I am told one more week of T-Rex arms, but I have been gently raising them to the side and front to keep range of motion going. They are looking good in clothes so far, but ordered some nipple covers since I will be going into the office for work next week. The bras they sell are really comfy, but I found them on Hanes website and ordered 3 for 36$ as opposed to 40$ they charge… Updated on 21 May 2021: Forgot to post these… before and after in the same recover bra. Updated on 26 May 2021: So I was doing ok, but had a minor set back. Reached a little too far to the right with my arm to the side table and really aggravated my already sore rib cage below the right breast. I’m taking muscle relaxers and some Celebrex from a previous surgery and this has helped tremendously. But definitely going to slow down and be more mindful for the next few weeks. Updated on 5 Jun 2021: Would highly recommend not doing this procedure in the summer if living in the south. New under boob sweat with healing sutures is quite itchy. Scars are healing nicely but silagen strips were suggested to use as a buffer between the bra line and skin. They also will aid in fading the scars. Massaging is going better now, had to back off during my period due to lumps I have always had prior to my cycle. I also developed a mondor’s cord on my right side rib cage. Although it is not visibly noticeable I can feel it and it causes pain. I’ve been taking Celebrex from a previous surgery and that has helped it subside. It is an NSAID but only thing that helps. Will take and upload photos at 4 weeks. No big change now. Updated on 20 Jun 2021: Felling pretty great these days. Able to sleep on my side a little and they are starting to drop. The nipples are still more sensitive although that may just be the thinner bras allowing them to feel more friction. Did a little shopping and have noted I am currently wearing a 34 DD or a 36D depending on the bra type. Found some cheap sleep ones at target that are really comfy. Auden brand. Scars re healing nice but they are still sending a pain from time to time if pressed too hard in just the wrong spot. Updated on 7 Jul 2021: Will post pics later this weekend. Been having a bit of pain with the right breast still. Able to do most things normally at this point, but the right side still has a stitch pushing to the skin casing some discomfort. Finding Bali bras most comfy. Opening doors and other normal tasks feel a little odd, because the peck muscle is active during those tasks and then the implant moves with them. Taking a bit to get used to that. Hoping that by month 3 the pain will come to a stop. Updated on 22 Jul 2021: Feeling good, left breast appears to be dropping a bit more and faster than the right. I have slept a little on my stomach which may be causing them to shift. Definitely still feels weird to do things that cause the peck muscles to activate. Updated on 29 Oct 2021: Hi all, I was supposed to get a copy of my 3 months photos from the FU visit, but don’t have those. I do have some now though to show. Felling really comfy with them now and as if they have always been mine! They dropped to a great natural position and are a solid 36C. 34D is sometimes worn with bras that do not stretch. At 3 months post op I was able to go to Cancun and comfortably show them off. Sleeping in a support bra is more comfortable then not wearing one, but I do on occasion now and it feels fine. I can sleep on my side no problem and even on my stomach with a pillow under them. However I have had no children of my own and had small breasts with tight skin to start. Also older and expect these to last into my 50’s. Still have very short lived random breast pain, but doesn’t last and just seems to come and go. Have had similar things with my shoulders that have had tendon surgeries. Hope this helps someone else. Thanks, Updated on 22 May 2022: Enjoying my newly settled breast. They look and feel quite natural. I unfortunately have gained a few pounds since getting them. Added photos for review. Currently 173 LBS at 5’6”. Plan to get back to the 160 I was at the surgery.
Always wanted to do a BA, however I always been happy with the shape of my breast so I waited after breastfeeding when my upper pole deflated. I saw several doctors but at te end decided to go ahead with Dr. Kriti Mohan, she is fantastic. She performed vectra 3d and I decided to do 250 cc, I didn't want to be big! My stats 5'2 105 lbs Bw 12 cm Updated on 19 Jan 2021: 250 cc vs 275 cc modeling... it looks like the same... Updated on 22 Jan 2021: Everything went very smooth! Honestly, I feel more pain during a blood draw than during the procedure. I had put the IV sedation at 10:00 and I was already seated in the car heading back home at 11:30 am. Just felt pressure, soreness and tightness but no pain Updated on 22 Jan 2021: So, I have had a smooth recovery. The harder part was the first night because I am not a back sleeper... and felt that needed like 4 pillows to sleep because could not lay down comfortably the first three nights. I stopped te pain killers the second day and switched over to tylenol and stopped the tylenol by the third day. Everything fine! Just impatient because I want them to drop and soft fast Updated on 24 Jan 2021: Updated on 28 Jan 2021: feeling better every day, the only thing is that my skin is sensitive I guess because it stretched but other than that everything is going smooth Updated on 4 Feb 2021: still with sensitive skin!!!! It is uncomfortable but it is getting better. Finally, I can fill my 34B ???????????????? Updated on 20 Feb 2021: Finally my skin is not sensitive anymore! I feel almost at 100%. Started working out but running is still kind of weird. Updated on 2 Mar 2021: Feeling great!!!!!! Love my boobs but sometimes I think went small, never thought I was gonna think so. Anyway, I am super happy Updated on 2 Mar 2021: Updated on 7 Jun 2021: so far everything is good! sometimes I wish went bigger but then I think that they look so natural and they are so perfect for workout that I am fine again Updated on 16 Dec 2021: Everything is fine! But I wish went bigger as everyone else. Updated on 5 May 2023: 2 years have passed and still happy
My boobs were so saggy as a mother of four kids. I cant believe the magic Dr. Mohan performed on me. She is a true artist. Please don't hesitate to have her provide her meticulous work on you. You will not regret it. Aside from that the staff in the OR is great at keeping your mind at ease. Things went by so fast. Before I knew it I was awake with new round breast. For reference I got 275cc implants with a breast-lift.
I recently had a tummy tuck and muscle repair with lipo to the flanks done by Dr. Mohan! I'm just now on day 3 and finally took a peek at the results. I'm stunned by her work. I look way better then I feel. ???
Thank you for your question as well as sharing your photos. I can't imagine how uncomfortable you must be from your breasts. I frequently have performed breast reductions in young patients, even under the age of 18, in order to relieve their symptoms from large breasts. Usually breast growth should be stabilized prior to breast reduction surgery in order to reduce the need for re-operation, but if your symptoms are this severe and your breast growth does not demonstrate any decrease in the rate of growth, it may still be important for you to be evaluated to discuss your options. I hope this is helpful, Dr. Mohan.
Hello and thank you for your question as well as sharing your photos! I am sorry that you had such a traumatic experience during your last visit to the Dermatologist. But I think it is great that you are still being proactive and monitoring your skin, as this is the best prevention of skin cancer after a history sun tanning exposure. Biopsies can certainly be performed under light sedation, this just may incur an extra cost as it would require an anesthesiologist. Depending on your insurance, this may be able to be pre-approved and covered, and a plastic surgeon should be able to evaluate you for this and submit it to insurance. I hope that helps! Dr. Mohan.
Congratulations on your weight loss! Liposuction can be an excellent procedure to tighten skin for patients who are close to their ideal weight as well as have good skin quality. I also evaluate my patients' history of pregnancies, because some patients can have loosening of the muscle following pregnancy, which liposuction will not improve; in which case a formal tummy tuck would be a more appropriate option. I hope this helps! Best wishes :)
Hi there, thank you for sharing your question as well as your photos! It does seem from the photo that you do have at least a moderate degree of sagging as your nipple is in the bottom portion of the breast contour. Typically for my patients who look like this, I recommend implants with a lift as this will give them the best improvement in volume as well as breast shape. However, on rare occasions, some of my patients want to avoid scars on their breast at all costs and thus we discuss use of implants only with placement of the implants over the muscle (sub glandular). This can also be an option as a lift can always still be considered at a later time. During a consultation, we discuss my patients' goals as well as size implants which can be very helpful in determining the best procedure. I hope this helps and best wishes! Hello! Thank you for your question as well as sharing your photos. Botox can be excellent to improve a gummy smile, and from your photos I think that you would be an ideal candidate. The results take about 5-7 days after injection to see and are temporary (~3-4 months), but usually have minimal side effects if done properly by an experienced surgeon or injector. Commonly, patients have to get used to the new feeling of their lip not curling under and if performed incorrectly, botox can paralyze important muscles which control chewing/speaking, so I always advise my patients to research the person they are thinking of seeing! I hope that helps!
