Is liposuction the solution for my tamoxifen/menopause-induced muffin top? (Photo)

Thank you for your question.  Looking at your picture you do look to be a great candidate for liposuction.  I typically use a laser assisted liposuction such as Smart Lipo or JPlasma Lipo which will help with skin retraction.  I would recommend you to see a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to be evaluated and address all your cosmetic concerns and health history to make sure you are a proper candidate.  Best of luck to you.

Liposuction is a very powerful technique in the right hands, and can have dramatic results in a variety of areas and a in a variety of patients.  That said, the ideal liposuction candidate has localized fat deposits and quality overlying skin without significant excess skin or skin damage.  Fat can then be removed to strategically sculpt the body and accentuate feminine curves.  The skin then retracts over the new shape to give the final result.You definitely have to choose your surgeon correctly and make sure that he/she has the training and experience to meet your goals with absolute safety.  A key quality indicator is Board Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  Don’t settle for less than a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with specialized expertise in this procedure.

That muffin top is begging for liposuction to fix it and fix it good.  It would make a huge improvement and be so easy to undergo under tum. local.  Get it done today!  You will be so glad you did.

Liposuction in one area depletes fat cells in that area.  As a result, if a patient gains weight, the fat will be stored in other areas of the body preferentially.  Liposuction in an area reduces the number of cells in that area and the propensity for gain in the future.  Fat will be less likely to return to the places that have been liposuctioned. Fat cells can always increase in size with weight gain. 

Your pictures show that liposuction could make a major difference in your situation. It is good that you are exercising, but you should also be careful about how many calories you are having in your diet. You don’t have any stretch marks and this indicates that your skin is in good shape for liposuction.

stinkyp.  I am sorry, you have already been through an ordeal, and hopefully this issue can be solved fairly easily. Judging from your photographs and history and excellent lifestyle, you are the perfect candidate for liposuction. It is really ideal for women like you, with areas of fat nonresponsive to diet and exercise, especially after menopause.
