Ulthera is not a problem after microblading. It is unlikely your Ulthera will be performed directly over the eyebrows. Since Ulthera uses ultrasound energy and does not harm the surface of the skin, it will not interfere with your healing.
You do not appear to have loose sagging skin. It appears you may have a tight platysma band which can be ascertained on physical examination. Botox or surgical release of the bands may be appropriate. Thermage or Ultherapy will likely be disappointing.
