What are the best options for under eye “cros hatching” with no “bags” - Ultherapy, thermage, halo, or pinch blethroplasty?

I am mid 40s with impressive cross hatching under my eyes and some excessive skin on upper lid as well. What are my options?? I know my forehead is not so smooth either -

It is difficult to completely assess your needs based on your photo.  However, I would recommend the injection of a filler to the crease under your eye closest to your nose (the tear trough).  I would also recommend Botox injections to help with the appearance of your crows feet.  Finally, I would recommend a collagen stimulating treatment like Ultherapy or PRP with microneedling to help the overall  appearance of your skin.  Gook luck!

While it is difficult to make an assessment from images alone, you do appear to be an excellent candidate for non-surgical skin rejuvenation procedures that can refresh the area under the eyes. Injections of dermal fillers can minimize the discoloration and restore youthful volume to the tear trough area. RF microneedling or other laser devices can stimulate collagen production to the area for a look that is both natural and long-lasting.
