I have loose, crepey skin under and around my eyes. It looks OK at rest, but when I smile it all scrunches up and ages me. I’m looking into getting Fraxel when I can afford the cosmetic downtime, but I’m wondering if Ultherapy would help at all. From what I understand, Ultherapy is performed just outside of my problem areas, but I’m wondering if the lax skin would get cinched up a bit if the surrounding skin were to tighten up.

Answer: Ultherapy Non-Surgical Ultrasound Skin Tightening -- add Lasers, Radiofrequency, Sculptra, Microneedling/PRP A combination approach would give the most improvement with Ultherapy for skin tightening. I recommend Ultherapy with radiofrequency treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, and/or Sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improved skin tone. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Treatment of Crepey Skin Around and Under Eyes Thank you for your question and pictures. I don't think Ultherapy alone will adequately treat your concerns. However, a combination of Ultherapy, Laser resurfacing, Radiofrequency treatments and Botox to your crow's feet area should provide significant improvement. Make sure you see an experienced physician for an in-person consultation and examination. Best wishes.
