Answer: Need to see a doctor Dr. Kabaker is a very wise surgeon and his points are well spoken for. This is a cosmetic surgery. If you know all the risks it is your decision to do what makes you happy. Doctors can only warn you or guide you.To achieve your goals, you need an exam to make sure you are a candidate and understand all the risks as well as have a realistic goal. The cost of such surgery can range from $5000 to $10,000+. The cost depend on the doctor, and the type of surgery FUE vs FUT, but it also depends on your specific goal.

Answer: Can my hairline be lowered by 2-3 cms with hair transplant? Your hairline is not too bad, and actually the skin showing is your forehead rather than your scalp. We will need a lot more information from you before you can have an answer.Regardless, lowering your hairline by 2-3 cms would most likely give an unusual result in my opinion if not even unnatural. I would tread very carefully if I was in your position so you don't do anything you might regret in the future. An ethical hair transplant surgeon will consider your age as well as the potential to lose more hair in the future before advising you.

Answer: Lowering hair line You can do hair transplant o lower your hair line but how much lowering that is the question. To lower too much it will not look natural. Therefore it is better to see a hair transplant specialist in person to come up with a plan that both satisfies you and also will look natural.

Answer: Forehead reduction With your present hairstyle it might be futile to have a hair transplant. Also, transplants, unless done on more than one session, will not give you the the density your hair appears to have. Surgically advancing your hairline might help but should only be considered if you do not have a family balding pattern, are over 30 years of age and have not lost any hair since your teenage years. And, you have the required amount of scalp laxity. If it is the shape and slope of your forehead that bothers you might be well improved and satified by a hairline advancement procedure which in my practice costs $7500

Answer: Lowering hairline Lowering the hairline requires individual follicular units. Only single hair follicular units should be used to mimic a natural hairline. The density needs to be at times up to three hundred and fifty grafts per square inch. Looking at your scalp it seems it would take up to 900 to 1000 grafts.
