I am fine with the bump in my nose, I just don't like how wide and bulbous it gets at the tip and nostrils. I would like to get some of the cartilage taken out to give my nose a smaller tip, the tip to be more pointed, and the nostrils made a bit smaller to better fit my face. Ideally I would just like it to be a cartilage only procedure. Does this sound like a good plan? Will it bring the balance to my face and results I am hoping for?
