In the past 2 years, I've undergone trauma that led to my nasal tip dropping (hit after rhinoplasty) & shifting to the left to such an extent my nostrils were diagonal to each other. Right side of septum harvested. Now septum curves left & left nostril is like a pinhole but that's the one that collapses when I breath in. I don't want to resect my septum anymore. Is there a way to shift my caudal or dorsal septum in place w/out removing anything?

Thank you for the question and the photos. It does look like swelling is a big part of the step-off that you are referring to. I would definitely give it plenty of time as I suspect that as time goes by and swelling subsides you will see an improvement in that area. All the best,Dr....
Thanks for your question.Managing the Rosacea is your first step . Get it under control and then consider laser resurfacing of the skin. Revision Rhinoplasty is not helpful and will potentially make the skin worse.
A dorsal hump located on the nose is composed of both bone and cartilage. It must be shaved down surgically in order to remove it. In most cases, osteotomies of the nasal bones are also required to prevent an open roof deformity. For many examples, please see the link below
