I think you'd be a great candidate for rhinoplasty for the concerns you want to have addressed. You will be a little black and blue around the eyes for about 7 days. The cost varies in all regions of the country, and even within New Jersey. In general the cost is between 4-8k for surgeons fees. Sometimes insurance can cover some of the other work that might need to be done. Facility and anesthesia fees will depend on the functional (breathing / sinus) issues and insurance coverage. Look for an expereinced surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic surgery (or Facial Plastics). Consider more than one consultation to get comprehensive information and make a good decision.

I think that an exam in person is essential to evaluate a crooked nose. I tell patients that the nose can be straightened but it may not become perfectly straight.

In your case you are likely to need fracturing of the nasal bones to properly re-position them as well as a septoplasty, to straighten the nasal septum. An exam can help to determine how much the nasal bones and septum are contributing to the deviation. Fracturing of the nasal bones will typically lead to a varying degree of bruising, which will usually resolve by 1-2 weeks following surgery. the prices vary. the exam will really help, with the extent of the surgery. in your photo, you look that you have a curve in the middle one third of your nose. also, if you have other areas of your nose that you want improved, that will also affect the price. usually the nasal surgery would range from 3000 to 5000, plus OR charges and anesthesia.
