It may take six to twelve months to appreciate the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to contact your doctor.

I think you should just wait longer to see what the final results end up looking like, 4.5 months is too early. Wait a full year and speak to your doctor then if you're still unhappy.

It can take up to a full year for the hairs to fully grow in.  Without any before pictures it is hard to make any judgements here.  Hope this helps. Dr. Rome

Wait a couple of more months, then go back and meet with your surgeon who shoudl make it right if there was a failure

At 4 months post op it is still too early to tell. Please be patient and hope for the best. If you do have concerns, it is important that you share them with the doctor that performed the procedure.
