Has my Eyebrow Transplant Failed? 4.5 months post op. (photos)

I am 4.5 months post surgery and apart from a few hairs it looks like there hasn't been a change. I am aware of the 7-8 month time frame, however i just can't see any sign of growth where it is patchy today. It looks like the area that isn't growing is the area where the hairs fell out first. Please can you advise Doctors!
