Hello, I would like a more defined masculine jaw line and angular facial shape. I know there are jaw implants and cheek implants that will get what I want. Also buccal fat removal. I'm providing clearer pictures. What is your recommendation? Will liposuction assist too? Thanks

Answer: Mascuine Jawline The combination of chin and jaw angle implants or a custom made wrap around jawline implant will create a much stronger and defined jawline. With a stronger jawline and adding cheek implants I see no need fir buccal fat removal. Augmenting the skeletal triad of cheeks, chin and jaw angles will automatically create a more concave area below the cheeks.

Answer: Jaw It might be best to see a surgeon for an evaluation. Radiographs of the face can help in diagnosis. Implants or jaw surgery may help you achieve what you want.

Increased facial angularity cann be achieved with the following procedures.Cheek augmentation with a dermal filer (I prefer Perlane) or using cheek implants for a permanent enhancement.Chin augmentation with a chin implant.Mandibular angle augmentation using Radiesse injections.Hope this helps.
