Important to note that I have a long oval shaped face. My nose is a bit crooked and long but I'm getting that fixed. Im also interested in a chin ,cheekbone or jaw Implant to make my face look more chiseled and defined like a model on both front and side profile. My concern about a chin implant is it will only make my front profile look longer. Also i can only choose one implant. The pictures below are only examples and I know can't be exactly replicated. Whatever would suit me best.
Answer: Defining characteristics of a handsome nose and jawline Dear Mobbdeep,The questions you ask are good and reasonable. For augmentation along the jawline, there are a number of silicone implant to choose from to augment along the ramus, body, parasymphsis and symphysis of the mandible (jaw line). The images you has offered reveal a well defined goal as well as well as an understanding that of your own anatomy. Without being able to directly see you, as there is some fish eyeing created by the camera, one can appreciate that strength could be added along the jawline to improve its definition and confer a more "chiseled" and "handsome" appearance (from western perspectives). In the treatment of the nose, it is important that there is balance between the chin and the nose, that the changes to the nose match the newly define jawline, and that both components of your facial transformation are performed by an individual with considerable experience in nose surgery, implant surgery, and surgery of the male face. Hopefully this helps to answer some of your questions.Be healthy and be well, James M. Ridgway, MD, FACS Bellevue & Seattle Facial Plastic Surgeon

Answer: Rhinoplasty and chin implant candidate A closed rhinoplasty approach can address straightening the crooked nose narrowing the bridge by placing all the incisions on the inside of the nose. A rhinoplasty for a crooked nose is a very difficult procedure, so choose your surgeon very wisely based on experience. The photographs demonstrate a weak chin profile, for which a chin implant can improve. Chin implants are composed of Silastic, are manufactured in a variety of sizes( small, medium, large, extra large) and a variety of shapes. They can also be custom carved, depending upon the patient's unique anatomy. A chin implant and a rhinoplasty procedure can both be performed at the same time under one anesthesia. Answer: What implants between cheekbone, jaw or chin should I get to make my face more attractive? Tough question as the attached photos show that your cheeks are flat and the chin is weak. You do have some definition in your jaw line at the mandibular angle. The examples you included both have angular faces that are perceived as ruggedly handsome (with angular cheeks, pronounced chin and defined mandibular angle). A weak chin makes the lower face less prominent and the mid-face appear top heavy, so I'd choose the chin implant as it provides harmony and balance to the lower face. Cheek implants and some Radiesse to the mandibular angle however, would complete the package,.

Answer: Jawline in order to enhance the frontal view, you would require 'ramal/back of jaw implants'; which also helps create the 'chiseled look'. However, the jawline extends from the ear area to the chin and all areas need to be contoured to create a continuous jawline esthetic; common to some of our practices. A 'chin only' will make the face look 'longer' due to the slope of your jawline. Consult for a proper understanding.
