I had a chin implant 6 months ago, I got a medium size silicone extended anatomical type, I liked that it improved my profile but I feel my chin is still under-projected, I know my jaw is weak and I have a deep labio-mental fold but my bite is ok and I don't want sliding genioplasty, Which implant would help me to get a little more projection without making my front face too square or increasing the labiomental fold too much?, Large size extended anatomical or medium size Flowers Glove type?

The current implant has shifted slightly above the border of your chin bone. This is most likely if the implant was placed through an incision on the inside of the mouth and was not secured with a screw. A glove - type implant such as the Flowers is less likely to slide  upward because of the lateral wings which extend beyond the incision line. The recovery is a little longer because more dissection is require to place these implants.
