A filler would do a good job of softening this crease/furrow. There are a couple of ways this can be attacked depending on how much filler you are willing to use. 

I appreciate your concern. While physical exam is optimal, your photos demonstrate contour irregularity that should benefit from fillers or fat transfer. Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
