A filler would do a good job of softening this crease/furrow. There are a couple of ways this can be attacked depending on how much filler you are willing to use. 

Creases like these are either caused by the underlying muscle or descent of the cheek skin. Both can be treated with a filler to elevate the crease. If this continues from tissue descent from aging (you are a little young for this) then a facelift can return the tissues to their normal location. See an Expert Injector (ExpertInjector.org).
