If this will be your first time
having fillers, I would recommend Voluma. It's meant for cheek
augmentation, is soft, long-lasting, and can be dissolved in the rare case
you get an undesired outcome. Other reasonable options including Radiesse, Perlane, and Bellafill.

For someone that is young, I would use Voluma to accomplish the look you desire. It is reversible and has the best longevity of the HA fillers on the US market. 

Bellafill or fat injections will last longer, Radiesse can give great structure, and Voulma can be reversed if you are unhappy with the results.  I suggest you do not comproimse your care for cost or distance and go to someone who is very meticulous in facial contouring and shaping.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Dear ClaraHigh cheekbones are an important part of a healthy and youthful face. Fillers an an excellent way to achieve midface reshaping and rejuvenation. There are many safe options available to you. You should consult an experienced surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery to make an informed decision.

Radiesse, Voluma, or Perlane are all excellent fillers to achieve the high cheek bone look.   In general, I prefer to use a cannula for cheek injections to minimize recovery time and risk for bruising.  

I prefer Radiesse but Sculptra can also give you the high cheek bones 'look' that is very popular now. Women like these high cheek bones and Radiesse can last up to 14 months. I am sure there are a lot of experienced providers in your area.

  I have performed many Cheek Augmentations using dermal fillers (I prefer Perlane) or Cheek Implants for a permanent augmentation and believe that it's important to find someone that understands and follows the proper aesthetics of facial (and cheek) beauty for the creation of a naturally, more attractive face.  Simply having experience injecting dermal fillers is not enough.  To shape the cheeks, you have to know where and how much filler to inject which creates the proper aesthetic volume to the cheeks.  Hope this helps.
