Can anything be done to help correct wide set implants and push them closer together? (Photo)

Question

I had 425cc gummy bear implants placed under the muscle 3 days ago and because of my anatomy they are very wide set. I am muscular 5"7. Is there anything I can do to help them come together? I saw on YouTube people pulling them together by tying together the bra straps in from with a hair tie and using pads to push them. Will this make any difference ? Is it worth a try or dangerous while healing?

A Racerback style bra will apply lateral pressure to the implants. Avoid sleeping on your breasts which will push the implants to the side.

Cleavage has been improved from your pre op photo. Your sternum mid chest bone impacts on the placement of the implant. Your need for cleavage should be discussed before the operation. It is possible to place implants based on the midline and eccentric to the aureolas in select patients. Gummi bear textured implants are not going to move. Check with your plastic surgeon. Your breasts were wide set and implants don't really affect the natural anatomy. You do have a nice improvement and I would not recommend trying to shift them.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended.
