I wish I had a better answer for you but it's really just too soon to tell. It can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle. For now, be patient and kind to yourself as your body recovers. Best, Dr. Nazarian

It will take 3-6 months for you to feel comfortable
having implants in your body and for them to settle. This time allows for you
to physically and psychologically adapt to your new body image. There are many
variables that contribute to a breast augmentation's final result. Preop size
and shape, IMF location, location of the implants and type of implant. Patients
heal at different rates and each breast will sometimes heal at a different
rate. You will not lose any
volume but the way your implant sits on your chest wall will change, and can
result in different ‘fills’ to your bra.  Rest, relax, recover and heal. Please Express your concerns to your surgeon so
he/she can examine you. Then reassess final result at 6 months.

advice would be an in-person exam.

Hello, there is wide variation in the amount implants settle over time.  If you are already 4 months postop and happy with the results, you might be getting close to your final result.

The "wish" photos are rarely a good indicator of the actual outcome. Based on your photos, you have a very nice result, so congratulations to you and your surgeon! 

That look you see in the wish photos are bra induced by pushing up the implants. Your breasts look nice with the implants now.
