Will my breasts look saggy after they drop and fluff? (Photo)

I am 4 moth po anchor lift and almost 2 weeks po implants. I got 465cc saline overs I started as a full 34c and currently am a 34dd. I wanted to look like the photos but I ended up with a different look. I am still very happy but I know they will drop and fluff. I am just afraid that they will look saggy when they drop. I wanted a very full round fake look. Do you think I will be happy when the swelling is gone and they've dropped and fluffed? Or will I look saggy? I want them to look fake.

The discomfort from a breast augmentation comes from the incision and the work done under the breast, ie whether the implant is placed above or below the chest muscle and the extent of the work done on the chest muscle to allow the implant to sit in the correct position.  The Keller funnel...

Thank you for your question and photos.  Keep in mind that a high profile implant will give you a more "augmented" look with further projection than a moderate profile implant.  That being said, it would most likely take more than 240 cc's for a high profile implant to look natural on...

I believe that 3D imaging is helpful, but what you can't tell from a 3D image is the position of the implant (subglandular or sumuscular) or if the recommended cc's will give you the exact result that you are visualizing.In my practice, I show women before and after pictures of actual patients...
