It is very normal during healing to question the size. You appear to have a nice result.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your concerns.

Honestly, it is just too soon to judge your final results. It can take anywhere from 3-6 months for your breasts to fully heal and drop/settle into their final position. Be patient for now. Best, Dr. Nazarian

You are still very early in the recovery process. Your breasts are still going to change quite a bit. I would suggest being patient and revisiting this issue at 3 months. If you decide to go larger, an implant replacement is a fairly easy and straightforward surgery. Good luck!

I would advise waiting until 3 months to assess your "look."  It will take that long for the swelling to completely resolve and your implants to settle into their final position.  At this point from your pictures, I would anticipate an excellent result consistent with your goals.

Thank you for your question and photograph, and it appears that you will have a very nice result. After placement of implants, the overall appearance of the breasts will change dramatically over the next several months, as the implants drop, and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume.  I think you will be quite please with your final results, and 650cc are large implants that should accommodate your desired look.  Be sure to maintain support to your breasts with properly fitting sports and traditional bras to avoid sagging.

Most patients actually prefer that their breast augmentation remain "under the radar" and not obvious. Having said that, everyone has their own preference and you are entitled to the look that you are hoping to achieve. Your dimensions are such that the disproportionately large breast size you are seeking comes with its own set of risks. In general, the larger the implants, the greater the chance for the need for future revision surgery due to the gravitational and stretching forces of the large implants against your breast tissue and skin. More surgery will result in more scarring, and more costs. You did not indicate your age, and whether or not you have children, but these and many other factors can impact on the appearance of your breasts, and the longevity you can expect from your surgery. None of us as plastic surgeons want to do an operation on your breasts that is good for a year or two, and that requires revision surgery thereafter. Hopefully you discussed all of these things with your plastic surgeon ahead of time, but with the limited photo you have provided, I would relax and enjoy your new look. I would strongly recommend against trying to upsize. You will almost certainly regret it. Best of luck to you. 

One cannot usually tell with the final shape and outcome is for several months following breast augmentation. Do remember, implant sizing depends on many factors. Obviously your desires of size are a very high priority although there can be many limitations and risks if one decides to go larger than what one's anatomy will allow. Sometimes, if one is desiring a very large look, and if one is wo surgeries may be necessary.

Hello, based on the limited photo provided it appears that you have a full, symmetrical result.   There does not appear to be any bruising, but generally at this stage of healing there is a little swelling that might diminish over time.
