I had a disappointing rhinoplasty so I've had to go back to the dr for in-office fixes multiple times over 5 yrs for fillers, steroid injections, elevation of the columella, lift of the right side of the tip and ear cartilage to straighten and fix my deviated septum. It is still a full, hard tip deviating to the right. I don't trust him to go back, what would be the cost for an in-office procedure to lift my tip slightly up and to the middle, making it more symmetrical?
