Dear Doctors I’m really at the end of my road trying to find out what happened and can I be helped. My surgeon with all due respect has just dusted me off. I’ve had multiple surgeries but my last was October 2017 and just recently a hollow depression has appeared just around the left lower lateral area, my nose is without support and very unsymmetrical. I just hope to have a natural stable nose. Thank you for your time to reply.

It really depends upon what's causing the issue with the thickness of the skin, and the severity of the poly beak deformity. We use both in our practice and sometimes even mix the two
Thank you for the question. I am happy to say that 2 weeks after surgery is definitely not your final result. The nose takes a very long time to recover and the final result is probably seen after 2 years, not 2 weeks. Hang in there and stay in touch with your surgeon. Good luck in your healing...
