What needs to be done to correct my nose? To fix the v deformity spreader grafts and osteotomies? Also my left side has collapsed, how can this be adressed during a revision? My tip is still bulbuous, what is the best way in tip refinement and what are my chances of getting a better result from revision. I am really scared to death that a revision will ultimately leave my nose worse. I am asking you adviced surgeons please could you tell me what is the succes rate of my nose in a revision?

It really depends upon what's causing the issue with the thickness of the skin, and the severity of the poly beak deformity. We use both in our practice and sometimes even mix the two
Thank you for the question. I am happy to say that 2 weeks after surgery is definitely not your final result. The nose takes a very long time to recover and the final result is probably seen after 2 years, not 2 weeks. Hang in there and stay in touch with your surgeon. Good luck in your healing...
Usually this can be corrected using a spreader graft harvested from the remaining cartilage but does require formal revision. Usually this can be done through a closed approach which would minimize postoperative swelling of the tip
