I don’t think carrying a shoulder bag or computer will affect your Botox.  Remember that it takes 2 weeks to see your final results!

You should be fine, especially 24 hours after the injection. Immediately after the injection, you want to avoid massaging the areas or performing strenuous activity. 

Unless your shoulder bag was somehow pressing on your face in the area treated with BOTOX®, a 25-minute walk carrying a computer bag shouldn’t affect your results. Keep in mind, too, that it can take a few days for the full effects of BOTOX to kick in, so don’t be alarmed if you don’t seem to see your results right away. If you have any specific concerns, get in touch with your provider. Otherwise, it sounds like you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Post-injection precautions with botox are recommended to eliminate spread of product downwards towards the brow, most commonly when the frontalis (forehead) muscle is injected. However, to be safe, I usually ask my patients to not lay down completely flat on their back or abdomen for 4 hours post injections as well as limit strenuous activity/exercise for the rest of that day. With that being said, carrying heavy bags and walking with your head elevated should not cause you a problem and given the areas that were re-injected with your touch up, you are at little risk of drooping as a result of your mild activity. Carrying a computer or a shoulder bag will have zero effect on your botox results. You are free to carry on life as normal. 

I tell all of my patients that within half an hour of having had their Botox treatment they can resume absolutely all of their normal, daily activities. Good luck from New York City

We advise our clients to avoid strenuous activity for the rest of the day after a Botox treatment.  If you generally work out every day it is best to get your work out in before your Botox injection.  Walking slowly while carrying a computer bag should not affect your treatment.
