I'm healthy 20 old male born with negative canthal tilts, and with much white shown below the iris. These are my natural, genetic features but it makes my eyes (and my entire face as well) unattractive and I feel so uncomfortable about this. I would like to know if canthoplasty at my age could fix these negative canthal tilts and make my eyes look almond shaped and more attractive, considering that this is my natural eye anatomy

If your doctor has given you some oral medications to use, then you should use them as directed.
The needles are small. We usually put numbing cream on strategic places that make even the anesthetic injection unfelt.
The local anesthesia is wonderful.
Best of luck to you.
Festoons are difficult to treat. Addressing them surgically is an option, but not always successful. Some patients find improvement with lasers or Morpheus8 treatments. Festoons are considered a cosmetic issue and not covered by insurance.
