While submuscular placement may compress the implant, making it slightly flatter and broader with slightly less projection, it will not ultimately have a significant effect upon breast size.
The difference between 160 - 190 cc is less than a shot glass and is not very significant.
You may desire a second consultation to further discuss implant sizing before electing a small implant.

From your photos, your nasal bones appear displaced, requiring carefully placed osteotomies (bone fracturing) to realign them in an anatomic position. In addition, you may require cartilage grafting to the "hook". You would achieve significant cosmetic improvement.

Primary gynecomastia is due to breast overdevelopment in a male. Secondary gynecomastia can be caused by hormonal abnormalities, liver, thyroid, and kidney disease or testicular tumors.
To rule out a systemic disease, it may be wise to undergo evaluation by your primary care physician. If you wish to change your chest configuration, seek the advice of a board certified plastic surgeon.

The procedure of liposuction is an "insult" to the soft tissues, resulting in swelling which will initially totally obscure the operative result. The purpose of a compression garment is to prevent bleeding and to control swelling. We usually recommend its use for the first 4-6 weeks after the procedure. 60-80% of the swelling should subside within the first 6 weeks, with the remainder slowly subsiding over 6-12 months.

The decision for or against surgery is a personal one....not one made by internet pundits. Indeed, most nasal septa are deviated and do not require treatment unless they physically obstruct the nasal airway or displace other nasal structures, creating external deformity.
Surgery can be performed for cosmetic reasons (to improve appearance), for functional reasons (nasal airway obstruction), or a combination of both. If you find your physical appearance and your nasal function satisfactory, there is no need to intervene. Noone wants a dry nose, nose bleeds, or a "traumatized" looking nose. You apparently are thinking of unusual or rare complications of the procedure. The normal course involves improved appearance and improved airway.
Discuss your concerns and insecurities with your plastic surgeon. If he / she doesn't clear your mind, simply don't do it!

Following abdominoplasty, the acute pain usually subsides within a few weeks, but pain with certain movements may persist for longer intervals. The sudden pain you experienced with your sudden movement may have "pulled through" some muscle fibers caught up in a suture or may have disrupted a few soft tissue adhesions....You have undergone evaluation by your plastic surgeon who notes no serious occurrence such as hernia or fascial disruption. The discomfort associated with this event should largely subside within a few weeks, totally within 6 weeks.
Continue followup with your plastic surgeon.

Lipedema is a chronic condition caused by a disease of lipid metabolism resulting in overgrowth of fatty tissue and of individual fat cells, manifested by deposition of fat , usually of the lower extremities. It may be associated with pain.Treatment is directed toward reduction of swelling with external compression, lymphatic drainage, diet modification, and leg elevation. If overweight, calorie and / or carbohydrate restriction may be of benefit. If the condition is not controlled with conservative management, the standard surgical treatment of the condition is small cannula liposuction with intensive post surgical edema management.

It is too early to assess the result especially since part of your revision involved the area of your present concern. Post surgical swelling is normal and lasts for 6-12 months, perhaps even longer following secondary surgery.
Allow the surgical inflammation to subside before considering steroid injections or reoperation.

I am a 4x patient of Dr.Erogul. The first time I saw him with my concerns he reassured me and made me comfortable prior to the procedure . After the procedure he came back in and checked on me to make sure I was good. On my follow up he was very professional but I still felt comfortable to talk openly about other issues I had.
