(Ultimately a Q for a GYN, but I thought you’d have good perspective as plastic surgeons.) The other day I noticed that, for the first time since puberty, my breasts weren’t terribly tender. With the tenderness gone they’ve gone from D to C, and symmetry’s suddenly restored. They’re sagging now, sadly, and I’m planning a lift. I’m 35 and’ve just had a partial hysterectomy — is it possible this “deflation” is from decreased estrogen? Ovaries were spared but perhaps my hormones have gone haywire?

Answer: Breast lift Dear JackieShepherd, It is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Answer: The Bellesoma Lift for deflated breasts The lift technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided and nipple sensation (in 95%) is maintained. There are 2 components of breast tissue: the firm rubbery breast tissue is called parenchyma and fat. Diet affects the fat but the hormones change the parenchyma. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.
