I’m very disappointed in my 175cc implants and had my 3 week follow today. My PS was so lovely and said he just wants me to be happy and will change them. However, I’m very confused about the testers. 175cc seemed perfect but once inside they appeared much smaller. I still want to be natural and don’t know how much to increase. I loved my breasts 2 weeks post op when they were swollen

Answer: Increasing size I usually go 125 to 150 cc / breast higher to make a significant difference. You are so early. Give yourself at least 3 weeks with your new implants before you make a decision to re do the surgery.

Answer: Implant sizing I'm sorry you're not happy with the final size of your breasts. I usually tell patients that they need to increase the size by at least 100cc to see a noticeable difference. Each 150-175cc correlates with about one cup size. Unfortunately the often used system of stuffing breast implants into your bra, just isn't an accurate method of sizing. I use 3D imaging in my office to show my patients what their breasts will look like after surgery. The first part is figuring how much bigger you want to be, then working with your surgeon to find an implant which reaches that goal.Best,~Dr. Sieber
