6 months ago I had a breast surgery I had removed my old implant and replace with a new implant behind the muscle but I liked much better when it was in front of the muscle . I hate my breast because it’s so separated and even more when I lie in the bed. It’s possible that I can use the same implante but in front of the muscle. This is a mentor implant . I’m so unhappy with this ugly breast

Answer: 6 months after my breast augmentation and they look ugly, I hate them can I have another surgery? Thank you for your pictures and questions. Sorry to hear you are not happy with the results. I do not have pictures of you before surgery but from these pictures it appears that you have a very nice and reasonable result. That being said, yes it is possible to convert the implant back to a pocket in front of the muscle but this will decrease the implant coverage and you may need additional support such as mesh to hold the implant in the proper position. Make sure you see a plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.Best of luck!

Answer: 6 months after my breast augmentation and they look ugly, I hate them can I have another surgery? Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy. I would speak with your surgeon about your concerns. It's tough to judge your final results without seeing your preoperative photos. An in person examination will be key, to determine the size of your pocket. Your implants may be moving too far to the outside and there are several techniques to change the pockets size so the implants are pushed more towards the center. Again, speak with your surgeon about your concerns.

Answer: Your breasts are not 'ugly' but your concerns are appreciated. You certainly can go back over the muscle but you do give up so many benefits of doing so, especially if your problem was a contracture. Your muscle MUST be repaired in that scenario and its no guarantee you will achieve what you want. You can have your current result revised with more release medial and pocket work laterally so that your implants are more medially positioned and this should fall within your surgeon's revision policy and save you if you can have it done that way. If you do move your implants more medial, your nipples will rotate more lateral so be careful of what you seek here.

Answer: Can I revise my #breastaugmentation again? Your result looks good overall but I can see that your implants might fall to the side a bit when lying down and you may have some "windowshading" in the inner chest region where the muscle was probably released. This can create a little hollowing there. Fat grafting can be helpful in some patients but if you preferred the look with implants over the muscle then you should be able to convert back to that approach, as long as you understand that capsular contracture and rippling risks, as well as the potential for exposure if you have delayed healing, will be increased. Go on some consultations and if possible, furnish your original "before" photos and photos before the latest revision to help the surgeon understand your goals fully.
