Unhappy with my 2nd pair of implants - they seem smaller. Should I have an implant exchange? (Photos)

I got my first BA with a lift in 2012 (405 cc & 435 cc) and the results were amazing. In 2021 I got another BA wlift (470 & 440cc) not as in love. They feel great and look ok minus the scars but they appear to look smaller than the first pair. I know it could be because of the lift but I am really not loving the size I wanted them to be bigger. Would an implant exchange be the way to go? Both implants are sientra brand.
