Difficult to tell in photos, likely the lift made breasts smaller volume in spite of larger implants.

If you want larger breasts, more fullness, then larger implants may be considered, likely 100-150cc larger if measurements allow.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

You went up less than 10% of the original implant size(s). That usually translates to no appreciable change in size. Starting with your original size of 405 and 435, I recommend going at least 20% larger to see a small change, and 30 to 40% to see a medium change. Also, the larger the implant size, the less important the difference between the right and left implant sizes needs to be, and frequently making them equal. A minimum of 20% means 481 and 532. Although that might seem way too much, remember you already have most of that volume now. Both surgeons and laypersons alike have a hard time digesting that.

Its hard to say much without seeing "before and after" photos but it could be that the profile or shape of the implants was changed, or the prior lift affected how the implants appear.

Those things could possible be changed with a higher profile implant, but you need an in-person exam to really figure out your best path forward.
